1. Find out which discom covers your area – TSSPDCL (Hyderabad and southern Telangana) or TSNPDCL (northern Telangana). 2. Visit the correct official website (links below) or open the MeeSeva portal. 3. Enter your 11-digit Service Connection Number (printed on your bill) and your registered mobile number. 4. Your outstanding bill will appear on screen. Verify the amount. 5. Choose a payment method: UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking. 6. Complete the payment and save the receipt (transaction ID). 7. The receipt is your proof of payment; a revised bill or reconnection happens within 24 hours if disconnected.
