PG Portal – National Public Grievance Portal
The Centralised Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS), also called the PG Portal, lets citizens file complaints against any central or state government department. It is managed by the national government but Telangana departments are also connected to it.
- Citizens whose complaint on a state portal went unresolved and want to escalate to a national level - People with grievances against central government departments (post office, railways, income tax, etc.) - Anyone who prefers a single platform for tracking multiple complaints across different departments - Citizens whose pension (EPFO, EPS) or central scheme (PM-Kisan, PDS) complaint is not being addressed locally
1. Visit the CPGRAMS PG Portal (link below). 2. Click **Lodge Grievance** and log in or register using Aadhaar / DigiLocker. 3. Select the ministry or department your complaint is related to. 4. Describe your grievance in clear language, mention any previous complaint numbers, and attach documents. 5. Submit and note your Registration Number. 6. The complaint is automatically routed to the concerned department; you will receive updates by SMS and email. 7. Track the status any time using your Registration Number.
