Family Membership Certificate
A family membership certificate (also known as a family member certificate) officially lists all the members of your family as recorded in government records. It is commonly needed for property inheritance, pension transfers, and adding dependants to government schemes.

1. Visit the MeeSeva portal and log in. 2. Search for "Family Membership Certificate" and click **Apply**. 3. Enter the head-of-family details and list all family members with their relationship and date of birth. 4. Upload documents: ration card (as the primary family record), Aadhaar cards of all members, and any other supporting ID. 5. Pay the service fee online and save your reference number. 6. The local Revenue Officer or Tahsildar's office verifies the information. 7. Download the certificate once issued (7–15 working days).
