Tenant & Servant Verification
Telangana Police provides an online tenant and domestic servant verification service. Landlords and employers are expected to register details of their tenants or domestic helpers with the local police, which helps in crime prevention and makes it easier to trace issues quickly.
- Landlords renting out residential or commercial premises in Telangana - Homeowners employing domestic workers (maids, drivers, cooks, security guards) - Housing society or apartment complex managers doing bulk registrations - Tenants who want to confirm their own registration is complete and up to date
1. Visit the Telangana Police or TS ePolice portal and click **Tenant / Servant Verification**. 2. Register or log in with your mobile number and Aadhaar. 3. Fill in the form: landlord's or employer's details, and the tenant's or employee's details (name, Aadhaar, permanent address, and purpose of stay or employment). 4. Upload copies of the tenant's or employee's Aadhaar card and a photograph. 5. Submit the form and note the reference number. 6. Police may conduct a background check. You will receive a verification confirmation by SMS. 7. Keep the reference number as proof that you have complied with the requirement.
